The Courts of Mount Vernon welcomes pets! We love kitties and pups so much and we allow up to two pets per apartment. Bring your furry friend home to your new apartment where you can cuddle in the living room or eat treats in the kitchen. Our large balconies and patios make for the perfect space to enjoy fresh air and the great outdoors.
A $500 pet deposit is required. There is a $30 monthly fee per pet with a max of 2 pets (weight limit of 25 lbs or less).
